Salad
mixed greens with chilled roasted pearl onions,
dried cranberries, NY white cheddar
and strawberry Dijon vinaigrette


Banana’s Foster Flambe

bananas sliced in a warm cinnamon
and caramel sauce flambé
served a la mode

Artichoke Fritters
served with roasted tomato
dipping sauce

Southwest Chicken Eggroll

served with cilantro avocado
ranch dipping sauce

Three shrimp in a shot glass
served with cocktail sauce and lemon

served with Romesco Espagnol
 with zucchini, potato rissole

Chicken Breast Picatta

served with artichoke, mushroom,
and tomatoes topped lemon caper sauce
finished off  with cous cous pilaf primavera

served with lemon hazelnut beurre blanc
fresh sage corncakes
with zucchini squash
and carrot shoestraing vegetables 

Roasted Vegetable Galette
served with leek, garlic, tomatoes,
and Yukon potatoes on a pastry disk
with Espagnole sauce
